CURRENT INFORMATION ON EXCENT’S DAY-TO-DAY BUSINESS AS A RESULT OF THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

We are paying close attention to the situation regarding the spread of the coronavirus and are continuously adapting our measures to the changing environment.

In order to protect our customers and our employees and to contribute to solving this pandemic, we are temporarily focussing our operations on our central location in Wollerau. We have the opportunity there to receive our customers with “social distancing” in place and to provide our employees with single-occupancy offices.

From  11th May 2020, normal operations will be reintroduced in all excent businesses, taking into account the requirements of the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG).

  Which branches are open?

Affoltern am Albis will be open as usual from 11th May 2020 (Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.). Until then, we will be happy to receive you with advance notification. You can deposit documents such as tax returns, etc., in the post box at any time or send them to us – we will process them promptly within the deadlines. If you have extensive documentation, we will be happy to collect it from you. The site is equipped with disinfectant and protective masks.

Wollerau is open with normal opening times (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 12 pm and 1 pm – 5 pm) and will receive you with social distancing measures in place.

Zug will see you by appointment. You can deposit documents such as tax returns, etc., in the mailbox at any time or send them to us. We will process them promptly within the deadlines. We will be happy to pick up extensive documents from you.

Zürich will be open as usual from 11th May 2020 (Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.). Until then, we will be happy to receive you with advance notification.   How can I contact my case handler?

You can contact your advisor as usual via all communication channels or personally.

  Is excent able to meet deadlines for, e.g., pay slips and tax returns?

Excent has enough resources to meet all deadlines without any issues.

  What is happening with appointments that have already been arranged?

All appointments take place as agreed.

  Will post be processed as usual for virtual offices and domiciled customers?

Post will be reliably processed by excent physically and electronically just as before.

  Do I have access to my documents?

You can have your documents made available electronically or physically at any time.

  When is normal operation expected again?

Regular operations will resume on May 11, 2020..
