Corporate Governance
Sustainable increase of the company value as well as demand and promotion of employees is an essential part of the corporate culture of excent. In doing so, we observe the guidelines of the “Swiss Code of Best Practice for Corporate Governance”.
Capital
The ordinary share capital of excent is CHF 100,000 and is fully paid up.
Stocks
The share capital is divided into 100,000 registered shares at a nominal value of CHF 1,00 each. All shares have the same voting rights.

Shareholder structure
The shares of excent are currently held by the following shareholders:
- NovaCorp ltd. (50%)
- SFGL Holding llc. (40%)
- excent ltd. (10%)

Dividends
The company pursues a sustainable dividend policy, which ensures both the growth of the company and the ROI for the shareholders.
